Privacy policy

Last updated: [DD/MM/YYYY]

This policy explains how personal data collected through this website is processed, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

1. Data controller

[MANUEL'S FULL NAME] (Manuel Malò), [FULL ADDRESS], Italy. Privacy contact: [EMAIL].

2. What data we collect

Data you send through the contact form: name, email address, venue name, proposed date and the content of your message.

Technical browsing data: like any website, the hosting provider's server automatically logs some technical data (IP address, date and time of the request, page visited, browser type). It is used solely to run and secure the website.

3. Why we process it and on what legal basis

Form data is used to reply to your request, check availability and prepare a quote or agreement for a performance. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Technical data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Name and email are required in order to reply to you; all other fields are optional.

4. How it is handled and who can access it

Requests are delivered by email to the data controller and are not stored in any website database. Data is never sold, shared for marketing purposes or published. It may be accessed, as data processors, by the hosting and email provider (Aruba S.p.A., Italy) and by the provider of the controller's mailbox [e.g. Google Gmail — where outside the EU, transfers rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR].

5. How long we keep it

Contact requests are kept for as long as needed to handle them and in any case no longer than [24 months] after the last contact. If a working relationship follows, the necessary data is kept for the period required by tax and accounting obligations. Technical browsing data is kept according to the hosting provider's retention periods.

6. Cookies

This website does not use profiling cookies or analytics tools that track visitors. Fonts and images are hosted directly on our own server.

7. Third-party services

YouTube video. The video is only loaded when you press the play button, in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). From that moment Google may collect data under its own privacy policy.

External links. The WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and Linktree buttons lead to external services, which process data under their own policies. Simply loading this website does not send them any data.

8. Your rights

You may at any time request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or data portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interest (Arts. 15–22 GDPR), by writing to the email address in section 1. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it) or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
